Exterior Design
Botanical Brighton represents an evocative response to its location. Bruce Henderson Architects and Jack Merlo Design were encouraged to exercise full creativity in developing a landmark building. The result is a distinguished architectural approach celebrating the use of natural materials and an exceptional landscape design with over twenty-four species of exotic and native plantings.

Epicurean living.
Naturally.A Botanical Brighton kitchen is a culinary haven in which to create memorable meals for your friends and loved ones. Spacious and perfectly proportioned, these kitchens also include a host of first class appliances and intelligent joinery. If cooking is your passion you’ll be pleasantly surprised with how conducive these kitchens are to turning out mini masterpieces.
fresh design.
Naturally. With a choice of two colour schemes, timber flooring and an island bench in oak or stone, the emphasis on a rich materiality is clearly evident. A natural stone splashback, Miele appliances and a powdercoat finish set the tone in the kitchens, whilst hand crafted lighting pendants by Ross Gardam provide a customised flourish.
Refined living.
Naturally. In a further demonstration of the architect’s commitment to detail, fully tiled bathrooms exude elegance and European style. A locally made, hand-blown glass feature pendant complements Italian designed tapware, in custom black powdercoat, and Italian designed sanitary ware to ensure you are surrounded by beauty.
Lounge.
Inspired by light.Botanical Brighton’s ground floor residents lounge, adjacent to the entrance lobby, offers an elegant light-filled introduction to the building. A subtle tree motif on the expansive glass façade, which also features on the exterior screens, creates a thematic link to the landscaping and local parks.

Plant Species
All the plantings at Botanical Brighton have been carefully selected to produce a rich layering and variety of seasonal shades that manifest the Botanical theme. The design approach has been to incorporate flowering shrubs, plantings and natural materials to create a sumptuous green outlook.
